How do I purchase on the site?
All payments are processed through our online shop which accepts payments through Paypal, which is both free, secure, and easy to use. You can use any major credit card or have it deducted directly from your bank account. You do not need to be a Paypal member to use Paypal to submit payment. If you choose the eCheck option, we will be required to hold your order until the eCheck clears. At this time, the only method of payment accepted is through PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. For orders outside of the U.S., please know that our shipping rates are difficult to measure until your order actually ships, and a refund will be sent if there is an overcharge.
How are orders shipped?
Most orders are sent USPS First Class Mail unless there are multiple items, in which case it would either be upgraded to Priority Mail or shipped UPS/FedEx. All orders are shipped within 5 business days with the exception of large wholesale orders and customized orders. If you need your order faster, please contact us to arrange expedited shipping for an additional charge.
What is your return policy?
If you are ever unsatisfied with your handmade items, please send a message and the return will be arranged. Custom items are not returnable, but if there has been a mistake on our part, we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, the process is quick and easy with a fast turnaround. Please see the wholesale page for more information.
How are your items printed?
All paper goods are professionally giclee printed on a large scale Epson Stylus Photo printer using professional-grade inks using vibrant Pantone™ colors. Paper is 80 lb. textured linen stock.
Are your items eco-friendly?
Yes! The brands of paper and envelopes we use are family-owned in the USA and utilize recycled fibers and wind energy in their mission to be environmentally responsible.
Are your cards handmade?
Yes, all of the cards are designed, printed, cut, folded and packaged here in the Cincinnati studio.
Do you create custom items?
It depends on the type of item you are looking for. Send a message with what you have in mind and we can talk about it.

Click the retail link to see where our cards are sold. It’s best to call ahead first to see what cards are in stock, as this changes frequently.
Will you help me with my stationery line?
We receive a lot of emails asking for help creating a paper goods brand. Unfortunately, it cannot be summed up in a simple email. We’ve put 10 years of hard work into this business and the best advice is not to take shortcuts. We wish you the best of luck in your endeavor, because cards are awesome, but we can’t really offer advice.
